This is a seven-night review of Celebrity Summit from San Juan to the Eastern Caribbean. The cruise was expected to sail round trip from Puerto Rico but due to COVID-19, authorities did not let the ship back into San Juan. Instead, the cruise ended in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This seven-night cruise turned into a nine-night.

Richard Simms has cruise news

  • CDC and the cruise ship ban
  • False Alarm on a European ship that resumed service last month.
  • Virgin Voyages pushed their return day back.
  • Carnival Mardi Gras is one step closer to Florida
  • Princess Cruises takes delivery of its newest ship.

Question: Is it true that you have to pay more for drinks while the ship is docked in port vs out to sea?
