  We have 11 people in our party total - I am confused why we have to pay extra if the villa itself is designed for 18 people in the first place. Any ideas?

This app is aligned with other cruise line apps in the industry. On top of the app, Carnival announced internet packages aboard their ships for as little as $5 a day.
