Guests onboard Norwegian Spirit missed five ports in Northern Europe because of bad weather and the guests onboard did not appreciate it. Even though the weather is beyond the cruise lines control, these guests were no thrilled and staged a riot in the ship's main atrium. After hours of protesting, Norwegian Cruise Line eventually gave them a 25% future cruise credit. Matt Rogers is currently sailing on Norwegian Spirit and we get the details live on location. A review of a family who sailed on MSC Cruises' MSC Seaside on a seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise. A couple of things make this interview unique.
